Rachs Rocks Terms and Conditions

We love creating painted rocks. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the end product, please call us on 021 271 1517 or send us an email.

Prices

All prices are in New Zealand dollars.

Hand-painted Art

All our rocks are hand painted, as such every one is unique. The rock sent to you will be in the same style/colour as your ordered, but will not be an identical match.

Deliveries

In the unlikely event that your rocks are not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate your order. It is likely to take 3 weeks for your rocks to arrive to give us time to paint your selection and ship it.

Security

We have used tested technologies to ensure the security of information transmitted via our website is maintained in our possession. When you place your order, you will see a lock icon appear on the status bar of your browser. This indicates that the data that is submitted is encrypted while in transit and so cannot be viewed by anyone other than our gateway company Payment Express.

Returns Policy

RachsRocks is committed to providing quality and service.  If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know and if it is reasonable we will redo your order.

You can return the unwanted product to us within one week of purchase. Returned products must be unused and in resalable condition and be accompanied with proof of purchase and an explanation for your return.

Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for different item, send us an email at info@rachsrocks.com and we will send you information to complete the exchange.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
